Staying Young - August 19th, 2009

I’ve often wondered what you could do to help yourself out not only to get rid of wrinkles now, but also to prevent aging in general in the future.  I mean if you have youthful skin, great.  But what happens when you’re sick all the time and otherwise have problems in general.  That presents a bigger problem for obvious reasons, and you won’t have the ability to really enjoy the other benefits of having youthful skin. 

So I was thinking, acai is really big right now.  I mean I looked into it.  But when I looked further into it, not that great, not as great as I thought anyway.  Frankly, it’s a superfruit, but I’m not entirely sure why.  Well that is I know why it’s a superfruit, but I’m not sure why it’s a top superfood.  That is still beyond me.  I’ve compared it to some other fruits that are less publicized and I find in my grocery store all the time, and to be frank a lot of those are way better, and you can actually get the fresh form, which is inevitably better.  I don’t understand the hype.  But definitely putting fruits in your diet in general will definitely help you to stay younger and just keep your body in good running shape.
