Coffee Cherries For Skincare - September 7th, 2009

I have never really liked chocolate, and yet everybody puts so much focus on its antioxidant benefits rather than all its fatty and harmful benefits.  However, there are what they are calling coffee cherries now that could actually be more potentially helpful without the catch in general terms.  Coffee on its own has been shown to have certain antioxidants, certain caffeine, and other elements to wake up the skin and give it the benefits you are looking for as a whole.

But coffee cherries are not cherries, but rather an element or inner part of coffee beans.  They tend to be a shade of red, which is why they are called cherries, and they are one of the most powerful parts.  They have the most antioxidants of any part of the coffee bean, and they have been 3 times more powerful than green tea.  There have been a few select products that have started using them, and they have obviously come to call them the anti aging revolution of the future, because they want to promote their products.  But its benefits really remain to be seen.  It’s antioxidant content has been proven, there are just a few select other things that remain to be proven at this particular time.
